Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of skincare products all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any

circumstances. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we are happy to offer a one time

exchange for the same product. To be eligible for an exchange the following conditions must be met: Your

exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of your delivery date. The item must be unused, in its

original condition, and in its original packaging. You must provide your order number and a clear photo of the

item showing the issue. To begin an exchange request please email newtransition4u@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days.

Approved exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected. New Transition

Skincare reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions. Customers are

responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a

trackable shipping method. New Transition Skincare is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

We are not responsible for items damaged through misuse, normal wear, or improper storage.
